What sizes do VarsityCraft jackets come in?+
Our letterman and varsity jackets are available from XXS through 7XL, including kids sizes. Use our Size Guide to match your chest measurement, or email us for personal sizing help.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes. We ship worldwide. USA delivery is typically 5–10 business days after processing. International orders usually arrive within 10–20 business days depending on customs and destination.
How long does production take?+
In-stock jackets ship within about 5 business days. Custom and personalized jackets require 7–14 business days for production, or 2–3 weeks for fully bespoke orders. Bulk timelines are confirmed at quote stage.
Can I return my jacket?+
Standard, unused jackets in original condition may be returned within 30 days. Custom, embroidered, and personalized orders are generally final sale. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.
How do I place a bulk or team order?+
Contact us with your school or team name, quantity, colors, and deadline. We provide mockups, sizing guidance, and wholesale pricing for schools, sports teams, and organizations.
Do you offer free design support?+
Yes. Share your mascot, colors, and patch ideas and our design team will prepare a free mockup before you order.
