• All orders must be placed through our website or confirmed in writing via email
• Prices are shown in the currency of your selected region at checkout
• Custom and personalized items are produced after design approval
• Payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed for bulk accounts

Custom, embroidered, and made-to-order jackets are created to your approved mockup. These items are generally non-refundable once production starts. Please review proofs carefully before approval.

Processing and delivery times vary by product type. See our Shipping & Delivery page for estimates. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges policy. Standard unused items may qualify within 30 days; custom orders are excluded unless defective.

You confirm you have rights to any logos or artwork submitted. You grant us a license to use submitted materials solely to produce your order.

VarsityCraft is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
