• Unused jackets in original condition with all tags attached
• Return request initiated within 30 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase required (order confirmation or receipt)
• Contact us before shipping anything back — we provide return instructions

• Custom, personalized, or embroidered jackets made to your specifications
• Items marked final sale or produced for a specific event deadline
• Worn, washed, or altered products

Exchanges for a different size or color are available on eligible stock items, subject to availability. If your preferred size is out of stock, we may offer a refund or store credit.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or we shipped the wrong product.
