Receive your quote & mockup
We confirm pricing, turnaround time, and send a free design mockup within 1–2 business days.

Approve & pay
Sign off on the design, confirm sizes, and complete secure checkout. Bulk orders may use PO or invoice options.

Production
In-stock items ship in ~5 days. Custom jackets are crafted in 7–14 business days; fully bespoke orders may take 2–3 weeks.

Delivery & support
Tracking is emailed when your order ships. Our team stays available for sizing swaps, reorders, and alumni follow-ups.

- School or organization name and colors
- Jacket style and material preferences
- Patch, letter, and embroidery details
- Size breakdown for each recipient (or sample sizes for bulk)
